How long will it take?

Orders are filled and shipped within 48 hours -- usually faster! You will receive an email notification, once your order has shipped. If there is a delay filling your order, due to a backordered product or unforeseen event, you will be notified promptly via email. USPS First Class International can take up to 21 business days, depending on your location. Please note that, unfortunately, First Class shipments are not trackable, once they leave the U.S.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a clickable tracking number, once your order has shipped. You can also track your order by signing in to your account. Click on Recent Orders.  Click the order you'd like to track, then click the tracking number to view its status via USPS. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active. Please note that for international shipments, First Class is not trackable, once it leaves the U.S.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are usually based on your order's purchase price. Unfortunately, Calico has no ability to waive or alter customs charges. Please contact your local postal service for details regarding customs fees.
