Return Policy:

Calico accepts returns of any full-priced online purchase within 14 days of USPS delivery. Refunds will be issued in store credit only. If we send you a return shipping label, $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. Sorry, no refunds.

Sale items, swimwear, and intimates (including hosiery) are non-returnable.

How to Submit a Return Request:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
6. Select a return reason.
7. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will be issued a store credit that will be available on your account.

Where Can I Find My Store Credit?

1. Login to your account.
2. Use the dropdown menu at the top right to navigate to your profile.
3. You can find your store credit balance under "Payment Methods" on your account page.

How Do I Redeem My Store Credit?

1. Login to your account.
2. Select the items you want to buy, as usual.
3. Once you're on the checkout, use the dropdown menu under Payment Method, and select "Add Store Credit." This will bring up a window that shows your store credit balance.
4. Click "Apply Store Credit"

What if I just want to exchange for a different size?

Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange feature, as we have very limited inventory. In order to make an "exchange," please place a brand new order for the size you want. This ensures your size doesn't sell out, while your return is en route. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund for the "exchange" order.
