Online Return Policy

  • Calico accepts returns of any full-priced online purchase* within 14 days of USPS delivery. Sorry, we cannot accept returns after 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued in store credit only.

  • Returned items must be in original, unworn condition, with tags still attached. Shoes must be returned with original shoe box.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we send you a label, a flat $8 return shipping cost will be deducted from your return.

  • Discounted items (sale items with a strike-through price, purchases made with a discount code, flash sale items), beauty products, swimwear, and intimates (including hosiery) are non-returnable.

3. Return the item(s) using a trackable service (such as USPS Priority Mail). We're happy to send you a printable USPS shipping label, so you can just drop your return in the mailbox or schedule a USPS pickup!* Please enclose your original packing slip or a note with your name and invoice number. This will help ensure fast processing of your return!

Which items are NOT eligible for return/exchange?

Sale items (any item purchased with a discount code or with a strike-through price), beauty products, swimwear, and intimates (including hosiery) are non-returnable. Items bought during flash sales are also non-returnable.

Please take care when trying on clothes and shoes. Items with missing tags or boxes, damage, stains, scuffs, or other signs of wear may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. How do I make an exchange?

Please place a new order immediately! This ensures the size or style you'd like does not sell out, while your return is in process. Then, follow the steps above for making a return. Once your return is received, we'll simply refund your card or PayPal. Easy!

How long will it take to process my return?

Once received, your return will be processed within 48 hours. Please be sure to follow the steps above and also include your name and invoice number with your return, to avoid any delay. Your refund will be processed as a merchandise credit, and issued to you via email as a discount code. If you've ordered a size exchange of the same style, your order will be refunded to your card or original payment method. Please note that if we send you a return shipping label, an $9 return shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.

Can I return/exchange an online purchase at your store?

Sure! Please contact our store at or give us a call at 508-999-4147, if you'd like to make a return or exchange of something you ordered online. We're happy to accommodate you in every way possible, but our in-store sales team may need a heads up in order to properly process an online return.
