How much will it cost?

Shipping is FREE on US orders of $75 or more! (Click here for international rates.)

All other orders will be shipped via USPS Priority (2-3 days) or First Class Mail (3-5 days) for a flat rate of $6!

All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Both offer tracking and will arrive within 2-5 business days. Orders placed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island will usually arrive within 1-2 days!

How long will it take?

Orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours -- but usually we fill and ship orders immediately! USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 days. First Class takes 3-5 days. If you order from Massachusetts or Rhode Island, you usually will receive your order within 1-2 days! You will receive an email notification with a clickable tracking number, once your order has shipped. (Please note it can take several hours for your tracking number to become active in the USPS system!) If there is a delay filling your order, due to a back-ordered product or an unforeseen event, you will be notified promptly via email.

What if I need it faster?

We also offer USPS Express Mail, which is a guaranteed overnight service, and can be selected at checkout. If you choose this service, we'll expedite the processing of your order and ship within 24 hours. Once shipped, you receive your order within one business day. Express Mail usually costs $25-30, but can cost more depending on the size and weight of your order. To check the cost of Express shipping, add the items you'd like to order to your cart, click on "Get Shipping Costs." Enter your state and zip code for a list of shipping options and costs.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive an email confirmation with a clickable tracking number, once your order has shipped. You can also track your order by signing into your account and clicking on "Recent Orders."  Click the order you'd like to track, then click the tracking number to view its status via USPS. Please note that it can several hours for your tracking number to become "active" on If you receive an error message, please try again in a few hours. 

Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?

Sure! Place your order online and select "Store Pick Up" under shipping options. You'll receive an email, once your order is ready for you (usually within 24 hours or less!) In-store pickups must show a valid photo ID and signature to confirm pickup.
