Orders are usually processed and shipped within one business day. Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 days to arrive at your door. You will receive an email notification with a clickable tracking number, once your order has been processed for shipment. (Please note it can take several hours for your tracking number to become active in the USPS system!)
What if I need it faster?
We also offer USPS Priority Express Mail, which is a guaranteed 1-day service, and can be selected at checkout. If you choose this service, we'll expedite the processing of your order and guarantee shipment within 24 hours. Express Mail usually costs $25-30, but can cost more depending on the size and weight of your order. To check the cost of Express shipping, add the items you'd like to order to your cart, click on "Get Shipping Costs." Enter your state and zip code for a list of shipping options and costs.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email confirmation with a clickable tracking number, once your order has shipped. You can also track your order by signing into your account and clicking on "Recent Orders." Click the order you'd like to track, then click the tracking number to view its status via USPS. Please note that it can several hours for your tracking number to become "active" on USPS.com. If you receive an error message, please try again in a few hours.
Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?
Sure! Place your order online and select "Store Pick Up" under shipping options. You'll receive an email, once your order is ready (usually in 24 hours or less!) Please see current store hours for pickup availability. In-store pickups must show a valid photo ID and signature to confirm pickup.
