Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We're happy to offer a refund for non-sale online purchases returned within 14 days of delivery. We also offer store credit for items returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in original unworn condition, with tags still attached. Shoes must be returned with original undamaged box. Shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer. PLEASE NOTE: Purchases made at our brick & mortar store are not eligable for refund -- only exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Please check your receipt for our full in-store return policy.

Which items are NOT eligable for return/exchange?

Sale items (marked 20% off or lower), beauty products, and intimates (including hosiery) are non-returnable. We also do not offer refunds for items purchased at our New Bedford, MA storefront.

Please take care when trying on clothes and shoes. Items with missing tags (or shoe boxes), damage, stains, scuffs, or other signs of wear may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned after 30 days will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please keep this in mind when making your return! Feel free contact us if you have questions about making a return. How do I make a return?

1. Log-in to My Account

2. Find the order containing the item(s) you'd like to return in Completed Orders

3. Click "Return Item" in the menu on the right

4. Fill out the simple form, letting us know you'd like to make a return

5. Return the item(s) using a trackable service (such as USPS Priority Mail). We're happy to send you a printable USPS shipping label, so you can just drop your return in the mailbox or schedule a USPS pickup!* Please enclose your original packing slip or a note with your name and invoice number. This will help ensure fast processing of your return! 

*Please note: While we try to make returns as easy as possible, we do not cover return shipping costs at this time. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we send a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

How do I make an exchange?

Please place a new order immediately! This ensures the size or style you'd like does not sell out, while your return is in process. Then, follow the steps above for making a return. Once your return is received, we'll simply refund your card or PayPal. Easy!

How long will it take to process my return?

Once received, your return will be processed with 48 hours. Please be sure to follow the steps above and also include your name and invoice number with your return, to avoid any delay. Once we have processed your return, your refund will post to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card. Please note that if we send you a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. If your return is outside our refund window (14 days from delivery) you will be issued a store credit within 48 hours. (For more info on how to redeem a store credit, please see Ordering & Payment.)

Can I return/exchange an online purchase at your store?

Please contact us at hello@shopcalico.com if you'd like to make a return or exchange of something you ordered online at our New Bedford, MA store. We're happy to accomodate you in every way possible, but our in-store sales team may need a heads up in order to properly process an online return.
