Unfortunately, we are not able to issue cash refunds or return shipping compensation at this time. Please note that sale items, beauty products, and intimates (including hosiery) are non-returnable.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR RETURN
- Returned merchandise must have original tags attached and shoes must be in original packaging and box. Worn, dirty, or incomplete items may be returned at the customer's expense or be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please take care when trying on clothing, and try on shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing!
- To initiate a return, simply log into your account, view the order using the Completed Orders link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item button. (Or simply us at info@shopcalico.com!)
- Ship your return using a trackable service, such as USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail shipping supplies are FREE at the post office or at USPS.com. You may also simply re-use our original packaging materials and print a shipping label online. Then, simply pop your return in a mailbox or schedule a free pick-up!
- We'll notify you via e-mail, once we receive your return, and a credit will be issued to your account.
