Because of the unique nature of the merchandise we offer, quantities are extremely limited. Vintage items are usually one-of-a-kind, and even our new brands and designer lines are purchased in small batches. Please contact us, if you can't find what you're looking for, or its sold out--we'll do our best to help!

SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy? (top)
Orders are usually filled and shipped within 24 hours. We ship worldwide via USPS Priority Mail and Priority International. We charge accurate shipping rates, based on size and weight. All domestic orders include tracking and delivery confirmation. 

Domestic shipping methods? (top)
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, with tracking and delivery confirmation. We charge accurate shipping rates based on size and weight. Domestic orders should arrive within 3 days of shipment. 

International shipping methods? (top)
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. We charge accurate shipping rates based on size and weight. International orders should arrive within 7-10 days of shipment. Please note, international orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are usually based on your order's purchase price. Unfortunately, Calico has no ability to waive or alter customs charges. Please contact your local postal service for more info about your area's customs fees.

How much will it cost? (top)
We charge accurate USPS Priority shipping rates, based on the size and weight of your order. To check shipping cost, add items to your cart and click "Calculate Shipping." Enter your country, state, and postal code to calculate shipping cost for the items in your cart. Remember, domestic orders over $75 ship for FREE!


How do I qualify for free shipping? (top)
Simply spend $75, and select the free shipping option at check-out! (U.S. orders only.)

When will I receive my order? (top)
Domestic orders should arrive within 3 days of shipment. International orders should arrive within 7 days.

Most of the items you see online are also available in our brick & mortar shop. Please note, however, that our inventory is limited and vintage is one-of-a-kind.

Current hours, as of Fall 2011 are Sun, Mon, Tue 12-4, Thr, Fri, Sat 12-6. Store hours may be subject to seasonal change. For the most up-to-date store hours, please see our location page or call 508.999.4147.


RETURNS

What is your return/exchange policy? (top)
We're happy to offer an exchange or merchandise credit for items returned within 7 days of domestic delivery or 14 days of international delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer compensation for shipping at this time. Please note: sale items, beauty products, and intimates (including hosiery) are non-returnable.

How do I return/exchange an item? (top)
If you'd like to return an item, simply log in to Your Account, view the order using the Completed Orders link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item button. (Or simply email us at info@shopcalico.com for fast customer care!)Please ship your return using a trackable service, such as USPS Priority Mail.

How long will it take to process my return? (top) It will usually take about three days for the package to reach us. Once received, your return will usually be processed within 24 hours. Look for a confirmation e-mail from info@shopcalico.com, to let you know your return has been processed.

Help! I am trying to check-out with PayPal and my store credit is not showing up! (top) Your store credit will not show up or be applied to your order on PayPal. But don't worry! Sign into your PayPal account, review your order, and click Continue, you will be instantly returned to our secure shopping cart where you will see your credit under "How Would You Like To Pay." Tick the box to apply the credit to your purchase. It's that easy!

Can I return/exchange a sale item? (top)
Unfortunately, all discounted items are final sale!

Can I return/exchange to a Calico store? (top)
We're happy to help you make an exchange at our New Bedford store. Items cannot be exchanged at pop-up shops or during special events. Please send us an e-mail or call 508.999.4147 to let us know you need assistance with exchanging an online purchase, so we can be prepared to process your exchange, in-store.


VINTAGE

What do you mean by "vintage?" (top)
Our vintage is authentic historic merchandise from decades past. Most of our vintage clothing ranges from the 1960's to the early 1990's, though some may be even older. Calico carefully selects, inspects, cleans, and mends each piece that we offer for sale, but please be aware that even the best quality vintage will probably show some signs of age. Refer to each item's details section, and please contact us, if you have additional questions regarding an item's condition or fit.

Will a vintage item be restocked? Do you have it in another size/color? (top)
Due to the unique and historic nature of vintage clothing, it's rare that we have more than one garment available. The best bet is to check out our vintage updates weekly, and snag your favorites pieces before everyone else! If you're searching for a particular style or size, shoot us an e-mail and we'll do our best to source it for you!


GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDIT

How do I purchase a gift card? (top)
Click Giftcards, and enter in the required info! The giftcard will be emailed to the recipient, as soon as you check-out!

How do I redeem a gift card? (top)
Shop as you normally would. Enter the giftcard code at check-out to apply it to your balance.

How do I redeem my store credit? (top) Once you receive our confirmation e-mail, log in to your account to view your store credit. Credit can be used toward any purchase for up to a year of issue date.

Can I use my online gift card at a Calico store?/Can I use my Calico store gift card to buy something online? (top)
Unfortunately, our in-store and online giftcards are not interchangeable. But if you need help redeeming a giftcard, please call or e-mail us, and we can help make that happen!

Please contact us about stylist services. We offer a range of options from creating the perfect look for an evening out to tracking down that perfect pair of Frye boots. Our team is also available for photoshoot bookings.

Private shopping parties can be booked after-hours at one of our locations--or at your own home! Calico will bring all your favorite lines and an awesome selection vintage items. Invite friends, serve cocktails, and have tons of fun! Plus, hosts get 10% of total sales towards their own Calico wishlist! Contact us for more info!
